SHIPPING & HANDLING: –

However, purchases with confirmed payments are made before 4 PM, then products are likely to be shipped on same day. We will ship the Products through Express couriers. If Express couriers does not provide its services to a specific remote location then the goods shall be sent by Specific Logistic company (Which will be informed to you before dispatching), Please give correct Address with Correct PIN Code and a Prominent Land Mark. Include your Mobile Number in your address.
It is responsibility of buyer to ensure that the packet received by them is not in tampered condition. don’t accept packet if the pack is not sealed. for any doubts open packet in front of courier person and return the pack if the item is found to be broken or damaged. Please do complain immediately about the damaged item/lost item as soon as parcel is received/accepted to customer support team.
Note to Buyers from Assam, Orissa, Kerala, AP, Jharkhand, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal & Bihar, J&K (Including Leh): Though we ship the products immediately after your purchase, delivery to above areas might be delayed due to Longer distance from Maharashtra. So, we request you to be patient until you receive the product.
Most of times we deliver merchandize within 6-7 Business days, but sometimes (where mentioned in website the duration of delivery is 1-2 weeks only) it takes between 1-2 weeks for us to deliver your ordered merchandize from the time you place the order on our site. The reason it takes this much time is due to the nature of our business. We place an order with the brand only after the sale is closed and after that it takes between 2-3 days for the supplier’s merchandize to reach our warehouse.
